OLD: TRAINING CHICAGO

Here’s my training plan for the 2011 Chicago Marathon.  As part of Team VW I wanted to pick up something aggressive and go for a new PR.  It’s an adaptation of the Pfitz 18/55 training plan that I used for San Antonio and compressed to 15 weeks. I’ll try to keep it up-to-date with what I actually do (in green) and what I missed (in red).
