With the Chicago Marathon behind me, the Austin Distance Challenge has become to focus of my training. This 18 week plan will take me through the Austin Half Marathon. The objective is to boost speed and build strength. The whole plan is a very modified Advanced 10k plan (found here). There’s an early 10-miler and then three half marathons spread throughout. The goal is
to break 1:29:50 (my PR) and 1:27:40 (Colin’s PR).
