OLD: TRAINING BOSTON

Half Ironman: done.  Now it’s time to refocus on running.  Having qualified for Boston at Vermont, the time has finally come to get back into marathon shape.  My original thought was to run Boston for fun.  You know, take in the scenes, experience the crowds, and make an event of it.  Well that mentality has changed and now I’m looking to rock it.  I’m going to follow the same plan that I used for Vermont.  Let’s do this!
